5 Ingredient Bagels
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp Kosher salt
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 egg white
Optional toppings: Cinnamon Sugar, Trader Joe's Everything But the Bagel
Makes 4 bagels
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt
Mix in Greek yogurt with a fork/spatula. Dough will be clumpy.
Transfer dough to a lightly floured countertop. Knead and turn dough ~15 times (until dough is relatively cohesive)
Divide dough into 4 equal sections. Roll into 1 inch thick rope, connecting ends.
Whisk egg white and brush egg wash on top each bagel. Top with your favorite seasoning, if desired.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes before cutting, center will be doughy.
