Ruby Red Oatmeal
1/2 cup Old Fashioned oats
1 cup water (or milk of choice)
2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup fresh raspberries
1/4 cup 2% Greek yogurt
2 tsp hemp hearts
dash of cinnamon
In a microwavable bowl, combine the oats and water. Heat for 90 seconds, then stir. Heat for an additional 30 seconds (cooking time may vary depending on your microwave and type of oats you use).
Top with remaining ingredients and enjoy!
Tip: I use cinnamon instead of sweetener for a little extra flavor, but you can top with honey or maple syrup for some sweetness.
